El Viejo Molino

We returned to this house, having been last October. It was tremendous to see it in the summer months. Being in the hills the high temperatures are not humid and dropped away at night which was ideal. The house certainly lends itself to larger family groups with a wonderful swimming pool and cracking kitchen and terrace areas.

The owners have created a beautiful & very spacious home from an old Olive mill. The open views to the sunset from the terrace & the new pool make this ideal for family groups to relax & enjoy the national park & local attractions within easy distance of Seville. October was a great time to visit to enjoy the last of the warm weather before a British winter. We made use of the massage service & the local cook for an evening - both excellent. We've used Sawday's a number of times & so many lovely places - but this was one of the first where we came home and said we’d definitely hope to return.

We have had a fabulous stay at the Mill. What a property and what a location, the perfect spot for some peace and tranquility. The Mill immediately feels like home - so many of the small details have been thought of. The kitchen is exceedingly well equipped and care has been taken to consider any children in the party eg stair gates, baby baths etc. The pool is a fantastic spot and we spent a lot of time in it. … (housekeeper) is wonderful - very helpful indeed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

An absolute gem of a place, in a little known area but it´s proximity to a small town and its secluded position in a hidden valley makes it very unique. Given the spacious bedrooms which are on different levels, a perfect place for a large group or family to share living rooms but can easily retreat to their own space with a small garden terrace... a perfect holiday home away from the crowds!
